In order to master a subject, you need to first, enjoy the subject while learning. That is why traditional tuition does not work anymore. In traditional tuition, tutors often only focus on exam skills, handling students’ day to day problem faced in the subject without looking into the core fundamentals that the students do not understand. As a result, students do not have a big picture about the subject and returns everything to the teacher at the end of each exam.
Academic Coaching is more than tuition. It is coaching for PERFORMANCE. It is fusing mindset and skillset into the specific academic subject matter. We want our students to see the jump in their results in the shortest possible time as we know that once a student sees his/her first A1, they will not want anything less. This is what we called sustained motivation. Academic Coaching is full of energy, fun and laughter, as we believe that peak performance happens when one's energy is the greatest, that is, when one is happy!
With this in mind, we create an environment that is special. We do not want to have the student to come in for “just another class lesson”, instead, it is creating new experiences for the child so that he/she can learn through the different experiences (e.g. Reactivity series challenge)! In fact, they are coming to a Club, discussing academic subjects and learning in a high energy and dynamic environment. It’s about bringing the smile back into learning!
ISUN’s objective is clear - it is about academic performance. We have our own technology and system to drill the mindset and build skill set in the specific subjects. Our OPCM (One Page Concept Map) is a proven method and student sees results with the use of the technology. Instead of just solving questions that students have difficulties in answering, we lead them through our thought and analytical process with OPCM. Your child will be able to solve a large variety of questions in any subject, once successfully mapping our thought process.
We believe that success begets further success and once the child sees his/her first A*, he/she will not want to settle for less.

现代孩子对华文望而却步，主要是因为觉得华文艰涩难懂。加上无法在短期内使华文有显著的进步，所以打从心里排斥华文。
要让孩子们实现自主学习，做到“活到老，学到老”，兴趣，是首要关键。有了兴趣，自然会在人类本能的好奇心驱使下探索、钻研。
怎么让讨厌华文的孩子对华文产生兴趣呢？其实，只要孩子能快速进步，克服心理障碍，自然就会愿意学习。
我们的教学理念其实非常简单—中西合并，药到病除！我们运用不同的教学工具，如：多媒体软件、语文游戏等，让孩子敞开心房，由衷接受华语，进而爱上这美丽的语言。孩子就如同服用了西药般，药到病除，同时又恰似进补，在我们的培育下茁壮成长！
